We had a fantastic stay at the Cosy Woodland Off Grid Shepherds Hut - Rowan. The location was exactly what we were looking for - remote and idyllic. The hut was well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impressive, and the shower area was spacious. We loved the warmth of the hut once the fire was on and the stunning view of the stars at night. Despite being in a secluded area, we had great phone signal. we highly recommend this place for a year-round getaway.
Lack of water supply due to the frozen water butts and snowy conditions was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more information or maps about the surrounding area for exploring.

The chalet at Cosy Woodland Off Grid Shepherds Hut - Rowan is like a cozy little hideaway in the woods. The room had a fireplace that gave it a warm and rustic atmosphere, making us feel right at home. We loved lounging in the seating area and sipping hot drinks from the electric kettle. It was the perfect retreat for our group of friends who wanted to relax and reconnect with nature.
I guess the only thing I didn't love was the fact that the bathrooms were shared. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
